• Resolution No. 204 "On Monitoring of Innovative Development in the Lipetsk Region" issued by Lipetsk Regional Administration on June 06, 2011.

• Decree No. 66-r "On the Commission Establishment for Innovative Development of the Lipetsk Region" issued by Lipetsk Regional Administration on March 02, 2011 (amended on March 13, 2014).
